It has won the second prize of national technological invention, the first prize of natural science of the Ministry of education, the first prize of science and technology of Jiangsu Province, the first prize of science and technology of China's machinery industry, and other academic awards. It has also won the "333 high-level talent training project" of Jiangsu Province, including young and middle-aged science and technology leaders, outstanding scientific and technological workers, academic leaders of "six talent peaks", ten outstanding patent inventors of Jiangsu Province, and Zhongda University And Jiangsu patent inventor award and other honorary titles. Employed as IEEE IAS distinguished lecturer in 2015 / 2016; enjoying the government special contribution allowance of the State Council.
With the rapid development and popularization of electrification, automation and intelligence, the application scope of motor is expanding day by day, which has penetrated into all aspects of human production and life. In particular, strategic emerging industries such as aerospace, electric transportation, advanced manufacturing and so on put forward more stringent personalized requirements for the performance and quality of motors, which prompted the emergence of various new principles and new structures of motors.
Magnetic gear motor, permanent magnet vernier motor, brushless doubly fed motor and other motors based on the principle of magnetic field modulation are typical representatives of these new principle motors. Compared with the traditional motor, the torque density of the field modulated motor has obvious advantages, but because it operates in multi working harmonics, the analysis, calculation and control are more complex, which has become a research hotspot and academic front in the domestic and foreign academic circles.
In recent years, based on the development of magnetic field modulation motor technology, Chinese scholars take the lead in putting forward the theory of motor air gap magnetic field modulation, which proves that the traditional motor also follows the operation mechanism of magnetic field modulation. This new breakthrough of motor theory provides new ideas and methods for the design and analysis of high-quality motor. In 2019, the project of "high quality servo motor system magnetic field modulation theory and design method" was approved by NSFC, which indicates that the magnetic field modulation motor is experiencing the development process of "practice theory re practice".
According to the current research status and hot spots at home and abroad, 14 papers are selected, including motor theoretical analysis, motor design optimization and motor drive control.
In the aspect of motor theoretical analysis, five papers "motor air gap magnetic field modulation behavior and torque analysis" are included to analyze the motor magnetic field modulation behavior, and to study the evolution form and individual action mechanism of the modulator, which lays a theoretical foundation for the topological innovation, performance analysis, operation control and comprehensive design of the motor system.
In this paper, "Research on cogging torque based on the principle of magnetic field modulation", a new method of cogging torque analysis of permanent magnet motor is proposed by combining the energy method with the theory of magnetic field modulation. It is proved that cogging torque is the result of the interaction of several modulating magnetic fields.
In this paper, based on the accurate sub domain model, the accurate sub domain analytical model of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is established, which overcomes the limitations of the traditional analytical theory in the solution of the cogging effect on the air gap magnetic field.
In this paper, "the analytical calculation and design of Halbach array magnetic variable speed permanent magnet BLDCM", the magnetic field analysis model of Halbach array magnetic variable speed permanent magnet BLDCM is established, and the inner air gap flux density and cogging torque of the motor are calculated.
In this paper, based on ce-fea and small signal analysis, a fast calculation method of the eddy current loss of permanent magnet in the field modulated permanent magnet motor powered by inverter is proposed, which combines the efficient finite element method, small signal analysis in frequency domain and the analytical calculation model of eddy current loss of rectangular permanent magnet.
In the aspect of motor optimization design, six papers "analysis of multi-objective optimization design of electric excitation double stator field modulation motor" are included. A multi-objective optimization analysis method based on multi-level sensitivity of parameters is proposed, and the electric excitation double stator field modulation motor is designed.
In this paper, "soft magnetic composite Si steel composite core disk type transverse flux permanent magnet brushless motor" analyzes the ferromagnetic properties of soft magnetic composite and laminated silicon steel materials, and designs a new type of disk type transverse flux permanent magnet brushless motor.
In this paper, "optimization and design of double alternating pole transverse flux linear motor", a new structure of double alternating pole transverse flux linear motor is put forward, which overcomes the shortcomings of the lack of internal space utilization of traditional transverse flux motor.
In this paper, the research on the secondary segmented linear flux switching permanent magnet motor for rail transit, the topological structure of the secondary segmented linear flux switching permanent magnet motor and the design principle of complementary magnetic circuit are put forward, and the electromagnetic characteristics, the principle of air gap magnetic field modulation and the mechanism of thrust generation are analyzed.
In this paper, based on the optimization algorithm of the improved agent model, the optimization algorithm of flux switched permanent magnet linear motor is proposed, and the flux switched permanent magnet linear motor is designed.
This paper summarizes the development of high thrust permanent magnet linear actuator in recent 10 years, and analyzes the structural characteristics and operation mechanism of magnetic gear, rotary linear actuator and high thrust magnetic lead screw linear actuator.
In the aspect of motor drive control, three papers "double stator field modulation motor and its sensorless control" are included. The structure characteristics and mathematical model of double stator field modulation motor are studied, and the sensorless control method based on sliding mode observer is proposed.
In this paper, the single current regulator flux weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on virtual resistance is proposed, which realizes the high efficiency flux weakening control of permanent magnet motor.
In this paper, "duty cycle modulation based five phase fault-tolerant permanent magnet vernier motor direct torque control", a direct torque control strategy based on duty cycle modulation technology is proposed, which reduces the torque ripple and flux ripple of fault-tolerant permanent magnet vernier motor and improves the stability and robustness of the system.
