Professor Sun Litao, Dean of School of Electronic Science and engineering and School of microelectronics of Southeast University (National Demonstrative microelectronics College), distinguished professor of Changjiang Scholars, national outstanding youth, national leader of "ten thousand talents plan", global highly cited scientist of Kerui Wei'an in 2019, and expert enjoying special allowance of the state Council. He has been engaged in the basic frontier and related application research of new nano materials such as in-situ electron microscopy and graphene for a long time. He has published more than 200 SCI papers (including 2 science papers, 14 nature and sub journals), made more than 160 conference invitation reports at home and abroad, applied for more than 100 patents, first proposed in the world and realized the application and industrialization of graphene in the field of environmental protection. At present, he is also director of Key Laboratory of MEMS Ministry of education, director of Jiangsu Vacuum Society, editor in chief of electronic devices magazine, materials today Nano magazine editorial board member, chairman of IEEE nanotechnology Committee Nanjing Branch, director of in situ electron microscopy Professional Committee of China electron microscopy society, deputy director of Standardization Committee of China graphene industry technology innovation strategy alliance, consultant of national graphene product quality supervision and inspection center, member of science and technology collaborative innovation special committee of Ministry of housing and urban rural development, expert review committee of European Science Foundation Member of the committee, expert in the evaluation of "graphene flagship project" of the European Union.
