What does the southeast planning fast question test?
In 2020, the East University fast test continued the previous three-way test mode, and if there is no special explanation for this mode, the three-way test will continue to be used in 2021. There are several characteristics of this method:
First of all, the scope of investigation is relatively comprehensive. We can study different types of planning from macro, meso and micro, or one-time study of planning with different land use properties, such as residential areas, parks, central areas, etc. in addition, we can also respectively study the planning rationality, architectural landscape design and other comprehensive planning capabilities;
Second, we should learn to grasp the primary and secondary. Although it's three questions, the scores of the three questions are different. The scores of the first two questions are less, while the scores of the third planning and design are higher. Therefore, we should allocate more time to the third question. When practicing before the examination, we should also plan more fast questions of urban Design (detailed planning);
Third, we should learn to sort out the types and combine the hot spots. Southeast University's fast topic investigation shows a trend of close combination with the theory, such as the investigation of rural planning, start-up area planning, characteristic town planning, science and technology innovation office area planning and so on, which are all matched with the latest national projects. The basic class of fast questions is mainly to sort out the basic knowledge of fast questions, and mainly teach the basic plane expression techniques and the "one picture and three characters" of fast questions, and start from small scale design, from group Street profile to comprehensive plot design;

At the same time, after strengthening the types of various topics, we focus on the transformation from A1 drawing to A3 drawing training mode, and in-depth interpretation of the characteristics and proposition direction of the three fast questions in the southeast, so as to comprehensively improve the macro medium micro planning literacy and ability.
