Product Description:
Tg-f0453 is a polyether modified polysiloxane wetting leveling agent, which can reduce the surface tension and improve the wetting leveling ability of the substrate. It does not or slightly stabilize the role of foam, and does not reduce recoating.

Solubility: water dispersion, oil solubility
Performance benefits:
1. Very low surface tension, as low as 19.60 dyne (- 1% concentration);
2. Excellent base material wettability and permeability, effectively prevent shrinkage;
3. Low foam stability;
4. Excellent resin miscibility;
5. It does not improve smoothness, adhesion fastness and repainting;
Product application:
1. Add 0.1-0.5% water-based coating and ink;
2. Aqueous fountain solution: generally add 1-2% to prepare the solution for use;
3. Water based wood primer and water-based plastic paint, generally 0.2% added;
4. Water based leather coating or leather tanning: about 0.5% added;
5. Solvent based coating: for example, metal paint, the addition amount is 0.1-0.3%;
Storage and validity:
The shelf life of the product is 36 months from the date of production.
Packaging of finished product: 25kg. 200kg
