The first time I got to know Li Haifeng was one year ago when Nanjing Alumni Association launched the "alumni high salary position internal promotion" plan. As the founder of the company, President Li has provided many positions with competitive salaries for alumni of Dongda. At that time, I only heard Li, but I didn't see him. But the development space and good development prospects left a very deep impression on the alumni.
What kind of company is Jane Ruijie
Maybe when it comes to PDM, MES and ERP, people who understand them will feel that they are not imaginative enough, and people who do not understand them seem to be listening to the book of heaven. But when it comes to made in China 2025, I believe everyone is familiar with it. In "made in China 2025", it is mentioned to use the deep integration of informatization and industrialization to lead and drive the development of the whole manufacturing industry. Jian Ruijie is a company that provides information solutions for the manufacturing industry. By supporting the centralized management of design data and manufacturing data, the company helps manufacturing enterprises to build efficient digital workshops. On the unified data model platform, through the collaborative application of software and hardware functional units, lean management is realized in the aspects of document distribution, master data management, process planning, production scheduling, material transfer, production monitoring, real-time work reporting, etc. in the production process.
According to Li Haifeng's alumni, the company was founded in 2015, with a revenue of 300000 yuan in that year, and a revenue of 5.12 million yuan, 11 million yuan, 16 million yuan and 22 million yuan in 2016-2019, which is very explosive. President Li said that this also benefits from the promotion of the made in China 2025 strategy. Different from the large companies in the industry, such as Kingdee and UFIDA, the main service objects of Jian Ruijie are small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. However, the information popularization rate of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is less than 5%, and the market space is very large. This is also one of the main reasons for the strong performance growth after the establishment of the company.
Informatization is as indispensable to enterprises as water and electricity
What kind of innovation can informatization bring to traditional manufacturing enterprises? Mr. Li said that the informatization of manufacturing industry is similar to the logistics information system of e-commerce. Through the collection of logistics information, e-commerce enables consumers to track the circulation of goods in real time, and enables e-commerce to control the circulation of goods in real time. The simple system makes the manufacturing process as traceable as logistics information. From the drawing stage to the production of finished products, a product has opened up the flow of each link, greatly improving the working efficiency of the manufacturer. Mentioned here, Mr. Li is proud to share one of the company's original customers, Yangzhou mai'ande group. After using the company's information system, Mr. maiander group lamented that when there was no information in the past, he thought this system was dispensable. After three years of use, he found that the information system was just like water and electricity to the factory. He couldn't imagine how the company would start without it.
40 years old, no regrets, 5 years selected as gazelle
Li is always a Ph.D. in automation at Southeast University. Like many East University students, they are more academic. Before he started his own business, he was the technical backbone of the company and didn't want to start his own business. He said with a smile: "we are from the technical background. Every day, we have technical solutions in our mind. When we think of management, running water and cash flow, our brains will be blown up." Later, we found the business growth point of informatization in our work, but the original decision-making process of the company was too long, and a set of process went out of the market. But it takes a lot of courage for a man to choose to start a business when he is 40. Fortunately, the team buddies were very awesome. After thinking for six months, Li finally decided to start from 0 and leave no retreat for himself, but he will not succeed.
Just like unsuccessful entrepreneurs, successful enterprises have their own stories. It is Mr. Li's greatest feeling to do his best without leaving a way back. On the first day of the decision, he knew that the road of entrepreneurship was full of thorns, especially in 2015 and 2016, when the company's performance developed rapidly, but the nature of the industry led to the corresponding increase of receivables, resulting in tight cash flow, sometimes he felt that he would not be able to survive, but he survived. At the time of this interview, the company received the good news of being shortlisted for Nanjing gazelle enterprise in 2020, which is also the biggest affirmation for the founder.
Mr. Li said at the end of the interview that he hoped to cooperate with the alumni in the follow-up resource docking and project application through the platform of Nanjing Alumni Association. We also wish Li Haifeng and his Jane Ruijie better and stronger.
