(1) Hydroxy silicone oil emulsion
However, it is not perfect to treat textiles with a single hydrogen-containing silicone oil emulsion alone. Hydroxy silicone oil emulsion prepared by emulsion polymerization has been adopted abroad at that time. The fabric is finished according to the silicone emulsion in the ratio of hydroxy silicone oil emulsion/hydrogen silicone oil emulsion from 6/4 to 9/1. In my country, the research on the emulsion polymerization of hydroxysilicone oil is carried out from a theoretical point of view and the reaction mechanism of the emulsion polymerization is proposed. Sun Chunzhong first successfully developed pure cationic methyl hydroxy silicone oil emulsion from product application research in China and firstly cooperated with Beijing No. 2 Chemical Plant to put it into pilot production. The product soon got preliminary application in the Shanghai wire making industry. Later, according to the cationic hydroxy silicone oil emulsion, it was unstable during the synthesis and storage process, resulting in floating oil; it was not resistant to electrolytes and freezing and other fatal weaknesses during use. According to user requirements, in 1980 began to develop compound ionic hydroxyl silicone oil emulsion. The rate of emulsion polymerization was effectively controlled by adopting ① cationic and three nonionic compounding ② temperature programmed ③ adding D4 in batches, so that the rate of bulk ring-opening polymerization of D4 and the rate of forming emulsified droplets were balanced. The successfully developed product is SAH-288 emulsion with very stable storage, little oil drift, electrolyte resistance and freezing. And make the products quickly applied in domestic thread making, knitting, printing and dyeing, silk, cosmetics and other industries, forming large-scale production, becoming one of the main silicone products. The products are quickly used in cosmetics, textile finishing, plastics, rubber products, films and other industries.

(2) Hydrophilic silicone fabric treatment agent
It is known that the material is hydrophobic after treatment with silicone oil. In the 1980s, Wanyi Zhong of Chenguang Chemical Research Institute developed a hydrophilic silicone oil emulsion with unsaturated polyether, hydrogen-containing silicone oil and other components. The treated fabric has excellent hydrophilicity, moisture absorption, antistatic, good elasticity and smoothness, which improves the grade of the fabric. After the successful development of this hydrophilic silicone fabric treatment agent, it has been extended to Hubei and other places for production. This hydrophilic silicone fabric treatment agent has been used in many printing and dyeing factories in Beijing, Shanghai and other places, and is very popular among users.
(3) Silicone fabric treatment agent with bactericidal function
The quaternary ammonium salt with bactericidal function is grafted onto polysiloxane to make quaternary ammonium salt-based modified silicone oil. Treating the fabric with the preparation of this modified silicone oil can make the fabric have the functions of bactericidal, antibacterial, deodorant, bacteriostatic and antistatic. Can be used to treat underwear, bed sheets, etc. For example, it has good social benefits to deal with bed sheets and hospital gowns that are in contact with patients in hospitals.
