Amino silicone oil lotion is a cationic surfactant (or weak cation). Many chemicals used in the dyeing process are anionic surfactants, such as dyes (some dyes are anionic), leveling agents, diffusing agents, and fixing agents..., Once these chemicals are not washed thoroughly after dyeing and finishing and before softening finishing, when cationic amino silicone oil series softeners react with anionic substances in the dyeing bath, they will cause amino silicone oil cationic lotion demulsification and bleaching oil to appear soft spots (silicon spots). The effective way is to strengthen the full washing before softening finishing. It is better not to conduct softening finishing in the same dyeing machine. After dyeing and washing, the fabric is poured out and softened in the rolling car.
The special cylinder is too soft, which can effectively avoid or reduce the formation of soft spots (silicon spots).
