Water soluble silicone oil refers to a hydrophilic silicone oil synthesized by grafting hydrophilic groups onto silicone oil (with high cost, poor performance, but convenient application), which has good lipophilicity. It can be used as an emulsifier and defoamer in many occasions, and can also be used as a fabric finishing agent.
