Secondly, through experiments of peroxide type and dosage, it can be considered that using commonly used peroxides, high tear resistance silicone rubber can be obtained, and the dosage range is appropriate.


Finally, the effect of vinyl-containing organic compounds on tear resistance. In order to obtain high tear resistance, the appropriate amount of vinyl silicone oil is 3-5 parts. After aging at 200 degrees * 72 hours, this rubber still has excellent tear resistance; if the amount is too high, the aging performance will be reduced, which is economical. It's not reasonable.
