The cause of silicone oil spots is a very complicated problem

1. The compatibility of silicone oil and emulsifier is not good, silicone oil emulsion is unstable, easy to demulsify and float oil.
2 Emulsion resistance is too poor, dyes, alkalis, inorganic and organic impurities on the cloth surface may cause silicone oil to demulsify and float.
3 Silicone oil emulsion is too sensitive to temperature, it may demulsify and float oil at a slight temperature (above 60℃).
4 Silicone oil is the easiest to demulsify under alkaline conditions. Therefore, the pH value cannot be adjusted to alkaline in the emulsion, and the pH value should be adjusted to 5-6 during use.
5. Never add silicone oil under high temperature conditions. (Ordinary amino silicone oil: the emulsifier quickly exceeds the cloud point to demulsify at high temperature
6. Other impurities on the cloth surface: residues of anionic additives and dyes.
7. The tank is not clean. If the tank is not washed for a long time, it may cause silicon spots on the cloth surface.
8. If the amount of silicone oil emulsion used is too large, it may also cause silicone spots.
The factory is most afraid of silicone oil spots when using silicone oil, and it is more difficult to remove the silicone oil spots that have been produced after high-temperature shaping. There are special additives for removing silicone oil spots on the market, which can be immersed at high temperature or stacked by padding. If there are slight silicone oil spots or have not been dried or shaped at high temperature, they can also be removed by washing with glacial acetic acid.
How to remove silicone oil You cannot treat "silicone oil" as a general "oil stain". The theory of silicon oil removal is to "re-emulsify" it.
① The scouring of woven cloth is a special scouring agent for silicone oil, which has a special emulsifying effect on silicone oil.
②The softening agent and defoamer used in the dyeing bath must of course be selected for high temperature resistance. If unfortunately, it is not good, and if it remains on the wall of the dyeing tank, it is usually a good washing agent. These washing agents all contain the effect of emulsified silicone oil; If the tank wall does not stick to it, use a better tank washing agent or "fluorinated hydrocarbon, tetrachloroethylene" solvent to wipe
③Finished styling waterproofing agent, of course, you must choose a good waterproofing agent and softening agent. Unfortunately, the wrong choice is wrong. If the grease-like silicone oil is stained with the roller or the cloth roller, use a good tank washing agent or a "fluorinated hydrocarbon, tetrachloroethylene" solvent. Wipe, but in order to prevent possible damage to the rubber of the roller, first try to wipe the special part. After 30 minutes, see if there is swelling or damage or use our silicone oil remover.
