On the afternoon of April 20, David Huang, vice president of Southeast University, visited the University Science Park for guidance, listened to the report on the construction and development planning of the University Science Park and put forward guidance. Jia Fang, general manager of University Science and Technology Park, Li Kechuan, Qiu Weidong, Yang Xiaohui, deputy general manager attended the meeting.
Jia Fang reported the overall construction plan and working ideas of University Science Park. Leaders of Southeast University inspected the epidemic prevention and control and quality safety management of the projects under construction in Jiulonghu Campus
On the afternoon of April 20, Ding Hui, the vice president of Southeast University, accompanied by the main responsible comrades and relevant personnel of the capital construction department, came to the construction site of Jiulonghu campus successively to inspect the epidemic prevention and control and quality safety management of six projects, namely, Nenghuan scientific research building, Humanities and Social Sciences building, health and medical research building, information electronics building, civil transportation building shaking table laboratory and swimming pool hall.
Ding Hui and his party inspected the construction area, office area, accommodation area, isolation area and other key parts of the construction site, and understood in detail the implementation of migrant workers' mobilization, accommodation and dining, material support, emergency response, isolation measures between the construction site and the school, and epidemic prevention and control measures.
Ding Hui asked the construction site to continue to pay close attention to the prevention and control of the epidemic situation, fully do the on-site epidemic prevention work after the resumption of work. Meanwhile, the project leader of the infrastructure department should grasp all the information of the migrant workers in real time, do a good job in the application and management of the on-site personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the school, pay equal attention to the epidemic prevention and control and safety production, and ensure the orderly and stable resumption of the construction site.
Ding Hui requested that the prevention and control of the epidemic situation on the construction site should be continued without any slack, and the quality and safety management work should be done well, the management should be standardized, the communication and contact with the local construction administrative department should be strengthened, and the quality and safety management work should be done well according to the specified procedures.
Since novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak, the capital construction department has paid great attention to the plan and has been promoting the rehabilitation of the construction site in Jiulong Lake campus. Engineering comprehensive research building project of Southeast University
Approved by the Ministry of Education
Recently, the Ministry of Education issued an official reply to the construction project of the engineering comprehensive research building in Jiulonghu campus of Southeast University. In order to meet the needs of the development of our school, according to the capital construction plan of the 13th five year plan of our school and the decision of the president's office meeting, a comprehensive scientific research building of engineering is built in the southwest side of the inner ring of Jiulonghu campus. Through the procedures of project application, project demonstration and report of feasibility study report, the feasibility study report passed the feasibility study evaluation of engineering comprehensive research building project by the Ministry of education in April this year.
The engineering comprehensive research building is located in the middle of the southwest of the inner ring of Jiulong Lake campus, with a total construction area of 147000 square meters and an investment of about 1.036 billion yuan. It is the largest single building in the school. After the completion of the project, it will provide a development platform for the construction of new disciplines in our university, greatly promote the construction of related disciplines, and effectively improve the school conditions of related colleges in Sipailou.

Recently, Professor Meng Hongzhi of the Law School of Southeast University participated in the on-the-spot supervision organized by the central government in accordance with the law as an expert. In this supervision activity, eight supervision groups conducted on-the-spot supervision on the construction of the rule of law government in eight provinces, including Hebei, Shanxi, Zhejiang, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi and Gansu, urged and promoted the construction and responsibility implementation of the rule of law government in all regions, and solidly promoted the objectives and tasks set in the implementation program for the construction of the rule of law government (2015-2020).

Professor you Yumeng of Southeast University found the first DABCO proton transfer ferroelectrics
Recently, professor you Yumeng, an International Research Institute of molecular ferroelectric science and application and a Key Laboratory of "molecular ferroelectric science and application" in Jiangsu Province, made important progress in the research of molecular ferroelectric directional design.
The team synthesized the first proton transferred DABCO based ferroelectrics. Relevant achievements were published in Journal of the American Chemical Society, the top journal of the chemical field, entitled "bistable state of protons for low voltage memories".

Ferroelectric materials have spontaneous poles that can flip with the external electric field, and are widely used in the field of nonvolatile memory. Low power memory requires ferroelectric materials to have low coercive voltage.
In recent years, researchers have made great efforts to explore low coercive field molecular based ferroelectrics, and many ferroelectrics with excellent properties have been found. So far, the compounds with the best performance are those based on spherical organic cations, such as 1,4-diazabicyclo [2.2.2] octane (DABCO) and quinine ring family. Their low rotational energy barrier is the main reason for their low coercive voltage. This includes [hdabco] [ClO4] and [hdabco] [BF4] found in the team's preliminary work. The ferroelectric properties of these materials are derived from the order disorder transition of cations or anions in the molecules.
The work is jointly completed by doctoral students song Xianjiang, Zhang Zhixu, Chen Xiaogang, etc., Southeast University is the only unit to complete the work, and professor you Yumeng is the corresponding author. This achievement was supported by the "top ten scientific and technological issues of Southeast University" start-up cultivation fund.
