Hankins LDC5011 is a double thinning nano self crosslinking polymer emulsion prepared by special process. It has excellent water and whiteness and chemical resistance. Hankins LDC5011 can be used as an adhesive or coating material to resist penetration of organic solvents such as alcohol and toluene. The organic combination and arrangement of the soft and hard segments on the polymer chain segment make the? Hankins ldc5011 have excellent mechanical properties of the adhesive film, high tensile strength, and strong resilience. The extremely low surface tension and nanometer particle size make? Hankins ldc5011 have rapid wetting and penetration on fabrics, wood, leather, paper or other non-polar materials, which will greatly promote the adhesive performance of the main resin. ? Hankins ldc5011 is soft and non stick. It can be used for textile coating size or compound adhesive.
Product application
Hankins LDC5011 can be directly used for composite materials of automotive interior decoration, and different emulsion or additives can be combined according to different adhesive requirements to achieve better use effect.
The combination of "Hankins ldc5011" and "Hankins ldc3205" can be used for the combination of soft foam and cloth, as well as for garment lining and automobile interior decoration.
