The Ma'anshan innovation and entrepreneurship base of Dongda science and technology park is jointly built by the Management Committee of Cihu high tech Zone in Ma'anshan, the National University Science and Technology Park of Southeast University and Jiangsu Junda science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., and the construction work will be started in October 2019. In order to further strengthen the early construction of Ma'anshan innovation and entrepreneurship base, recently, the base invited Dou Wenkang, deputy director of Enterprise Service Department of Dongda science and Technology Park and director of high tech park, to carry out special business training.
In the training process, dou Wenkang shared his personal understanding of the key points of the work of the technology business incubator based on his own work experience in the park. He introduced the origin, development and current situation of the technology business incubator, put forward suggestions for the early operation and construction of Ma'anshan innovation and entrepreneurship base, and made in-depth exchanges with the base staff.
The training deepened the understanding of the staff of Ma'anshan innovation and entrepreneurship base on the work of Dongda science and Technology Park and the incubation and cultivation of science and technology enterprises, and promoted the internal communication among the staff. In the future, the base will continue to carry out diversified staff training, strive to build a high-quality professional service team, and help the enterprises to develop healthily.
