3. Regularly check whether the installation connecting screws are loose, especially the screws for fixing the reading head.
4. In order to ensure the reliability of the grating scale sensor, the grating scale surface and the indicating grating surface can be cleaned and wiped with anhydrous alcohol every certain time to keep the glass grating scale surface clean.
5. It is strictly prohibited to shake or beat the grating ruler violently, so as to avoid damaging the grating ruler, such as breaking the grating ruler.
6. When installing the grating ruler and the reading head, pay special attention to the distance between the reading head and the grating ruler, or the distance between the reading head and the grating ruler may damage the reading head or the scale in the grating ruler shell, or even discard the grating ruler.
How to diagnose the problem of grating ruler

The plug socket of Heidenhain grating ruler sensor and digital display meter shall be plugged and unplugged after the power is turned off.

6. It is strictly prohibited to shake and beat the Heidenhain grating ruler sensor violently to avoid damaging the grating ruler. If the grating ruler breaks, the grating ruler sensor will fail.
7. Do not disassemble the Heidenhain grating scale sensor by yourself, and do not change the relative distance between the main grating and the auxiliary grating at will, otherwise, on the one hand, the accuracy of the grating scale sensor may be damaged, on the other hand, the relative friction between the main grating scale and the auxiliary grating scale may be caused, and the grid line will be broken if the chromium layer is damaged, thus the grating scale will be discarded.
8. Pay attention to prevent oil pollution and water pollution on the grating ruler surface, so as to avoid damaging the distribution of grating ruler lines and stripes and causing measurement errors.
9. The sensor of Heidenhain grating ruler should avoid working in the environment of serious corrosion as far as possible, so as to avoid corrosion of chromium layer and the surface of grating ruler, and damage the quality of grating ruler.
