So a lot of young people who come to see a doctor have symptoms of low back pain.
Young people are not high incidence of neck and back pain, but long-term improper posture can also lead to pain. Sun Yanjun, director of pain department of Zhongda Hospital, reminded that for office workers, a good sitting posture should first ensure that the screen height is appropriate, and the appropriate height is the same when the screen and eyes are looking at each other. Secondly, when working and learning, the back should be straight without excessive force, but the normal physiological curvature of lumbar lordosis should be ensured, and the body should not be excessively inclined to one side, so that the bilateral muscles are not evenly stressed. If the seat with backrest is used, soft cushion can be placed between the back of the waist and the backrest to help maintain the sitting posture. Experts suggest that after working and studying for a period of time, you can get up and relax for 5-10 minutes, and properly exercise the neck, shoulder and waist muscles. If there is pain, it can not be relieved after rest, hot compress and other conservative treatment, and you need to go to the pain department in time.
In addition, the use of eye hygiene during online classes is also very important. Recently, the national health and Health Commission specially produced the popular science painting of "eye hygiene for young people during the epidemic", and sent two catchy pithy words: three "20" and three "one". Three "20s", i.e. 20 minutes for learning and playing, 20 feet (6 meters) away from the distance, lasting for 20 seconds; three "1s", i.e. one foot away from the book, one fist away from the table edge at the chest, one inch away from the pen tip at the finger holding the pen, and no more than 40 minutes for reading and writing. In addition to adequate sleep, enough exercise and no eye rubbing, as a dietary aid, it is also recommended that teenagers eat more fruits and vegetables containing vitamin A, C and E, and less fried, greasy and inflamed food. In case of discomfort such as eye soreness and dryness, it is necessary to close your eyes and rest in time or look far away, or apply warm water to the eyes to moderately increase the indoor air humidity.
