According to the work requirements of Jiangsu Provincial Department of finance's notice on comprehensively using financial machine to print invoices and promoting the reform of financial electronic bill management (SCZ [2019] No. 13), Jiangbei Hospital District of Zhongda Hospital will fully use outpatient electronic bill on April 8, 2020, which is a formal and effective compliance bill and has the same legal effect as the original traditional paper bill.
The style is as follows:
Access to electronic invoice:
1. The wechat app can be used to scan the QR code of the electronic bill under the outpatient payment guide sheet, obtain the information of the electronic bill and print it by yourself.
2. You can use the electronic invoice self-service printer located on the first floor of Jiangbei hospital area of Zhongda Hospital to scan the outpatient barcode above the outpatient payment guide sheet to print paper bills by yourself.
3. You can log in the public service platform of Jiangsu financial electronic bill (http://einvoice.jsczt.cn) and download and print the electronic bill by yourself.
4. In special cases, if the self-service machine or platform is unable to print, the paper bills can be printed in the manual window of the toll collection office on the first floor, and other windows will no longer provide the bill printing service.
