1. Introduction
The "one table" program is a public welfare project jointly sponsored by university volunteers at home and abroad, such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, Renmin University of China, Fudan University, Duke University and so on. It organizes university students to provide free course guidance for the students affected by the epidemic, mainly serving Hubei students, as well as families and epidemic affected workers in other regions Students with serious affection or special needs should provide support.
Through the online platform and related resources, the project will build an online desk without distance, provide personalized one-to-one counseling for the primary and secondary school families affected by the epidemic to connect with college students volunteers, and relieve their academic pressure.
At the end of March, the graduate Association of Southeast University and the Youth Volunteer Association of Southeast University cooperated with the "one table" program to jointly carry out the joint action of "one table x Southeast University".

As an online tutor volunteer, we want you to:
1. Willing to provide a fixed time online counseling service every week in the next 1-3 months (see the application form for different long-term cases at the same time, and the service can be extended to the end of the epidemic depending on personal wishes)
2. Have confidence in yourself and believe that your learning experience can respond to the difficulties of your clients
3. Have some experience in tutoring or tutoring others (no or no influence)
4. Be willing to lend a helping hand to junior high school at this urgent juncture, and contribute their knowledge and experience from the academic and stress relief levels
5. Be willing to share your understanding of primary and secondary school knowledge, and choose 1-3 of 9 subjects as the main explanation subjects
6. Interesting, open, inclusive, enthusiastic, patient, responsible and good at communication, able to communicate with operation team members and contact persons of service objects in a timely and effective manner
