Tianjin Aosi Dairy Co., Ltd. was established in October 2007 with a registered capital of 24.6 million US dollars. It is a Sino Australian joint venture.
Tianjin Aosi dairy factory was completed in 2014 and formally produced in May 2017. Three infant formula milk powder registration numbers were obtained in January 2018. The factory mainly produces and operates infant formula milk powder and milk powder with full fat goat milk powder, high oil and desalting goat milk powder as main raw materials.
The company's production and operation address is No. 408, Zhonghuan West Road, Tianjin Free Trade Zone (Airport Economic Zone), covering an area of 3038200 square meters and a building area of 295027 square meters. The production workshop is designed with GEA automatic dry mixing system in Germany, two automatic dry mixing production lines, three automatic packaging machines and 25g stick packaging machines, with a design annual capacity of 12000 tons / year.
The detection center covers an area of 1100 square meters, with instrument analysis room, microorganism room, conventional physical and chemical detection room, more than 60 sets of advanced equipment at home and abroad, including high performance liquid LC, ion chromatography, gas chromatography GC, liquid chromatography LCMS, gas mass spectrometry GCMs, atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence, UV spectrophotometer and other precision instruments.
At present, the company has passed ISO9001 certification, GMP certification, HACCP certification and CMS certification.
