WACKER? E 1006 is a high viscosity poly two methyl siloxane anionic emulsion, suitable for cold mixing process.
application
WACKER? E 1006 is prepared by special emulsion polymerization process. It has excellent stability, excellent wetting and dispersing property, can be diluted with water and made into instant emulsion. Of course, users also need to test to make the best conditioner.
The active ingredient (polydimethylsiloxane) in this product shows high release effect and lubrication performance, and can resist mechanical stress. It can be used in demoulding, glazing and other industrial fields.
Storage
In the original sealed container of 5 ℃ - 30 ℃, walker? E 1006 can be kept for at least 12 months. The label of each product will indicate the "best service life" of the product.
If the storage time exceeds the best service life indicated on the label, it does not mean that the product cannot be used continuously. But in this case, in order to ensure the product quality, it is necessary to recheck the relevant properties of the product.
