On April 7, Chengxian College of Southeast University held a coordination and arrangement meeting for the opening work in conference room 105 of zhenzhiguan. All the leaders of the party and government and the leaders of the functional departments of the school attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Xing Jihong, Secretary of the Party committee.

At the meeting, the heads of the logistics management office, the security office, the student office, the academic affairs office, the Youth League Committee and the quality assurance office respectively reported the relevant school opening work plans. Leaders at the meeting discussed in detail the opening plan and prevention and control measures on and after the opening day. At the same time, Zhou Weirong, director of the party and government office, made a specific arrangement and division of work for the inspection and acceptance of epidemic prevention and control before the opening of the University in Jiangsu Province.
Xing Jihong, Secretary of the Party committee, asked all units of the university to earnestly implement the prevention and control requirements of governments at all levels, competent departments of education and Southeast University, to build a strong epidemic prevention and control line with a high sense of responsibility and thoughtful and effective measures, and always put the life safety and physical health of teachers and students first.

Xu Yingqiu, executive vice president, asked all units to make use of the window period before the start of the school, constantly improve the plan for the start of the school, pay close attention to the details of all work, earnestly implement the code of conduct, and well control the key points. Strengthen the cooperation between the school and the local government, joint prevention and control, establish a perfect prevention and control system, and ensure the orderly start of school work.
