Lexomer W190 can rapidly diffuse in the aqueous system, break down the system foam quickly and have a good anti foaming effect. In the resin formulation system, Lexomer W190 will not reduce the resin hardness and film optical effect. In the formula of water-based adhesive, there is no influence on the adhesive effect and the refractive index of the polymer. Through a large number of application practice, it has been proved that? Lexomer W190 is suitable for different types of latex products, such as VAE emulsion, white latex, vinyl acetate emulsion, acrylic emulsion, alkyd resin emulsion, styrene butadiene latex, acrylonitrile butadiene latex, neoprene latex, natural latex, waterborne polyurethane, rosin and its modified resin emulsion.
Lexomer W190 has good application in paper adhesive, such as laminating adhesive, sealant, papered adhesive and paper tube adhesive. It is also widely used in all kinds of building emulsion, latex paint and industrial paint.
? lexomer w190 also has a good performance for most high alkali systems, such as water-based varnish and water-based ink systems, without shrinkage, extinction and long-lasting defoaming.
? the recommended dosage of lexomer w190 is 0.2% - 0.6% of the total weight of the formula.
