Product description
Hankins 7066 is a kind of water-based polymer dispersion designed based on special molecular structure, which is specially developed for the film substrate of label. It is mainly used for the bottom coating of label printing and widely adapts to different printing methods downstream of label, such as flexo plate, relief plate, cold stamping, barcode printing and other processing requirements, so as to improve the combination fastness of film and ink (or barcode). Hankins 7066 is especially suitable for PET primer. It has excellent adhesion fastness, leveling property, excellent dry / wet fastness, good adhesion, anti-aging and chemical resistance.
Product application
? Hankins 7066 can be applied to the coating process of transparent PET single-sided or double-sided label film. Do double-sided coating, be sure to use different coating on different cloth surface to avoid the risk of adhesion.
? Hankins 7066 can be applied to the forward roller coating, the reverse roller coating, and the reverse micro concave roller coating. Before coating, the substrate must be corona treated. The requirement is no less than 38 dyne.
