Product description
Hankins 7105 is a modified polyacrylate emulsion based on core shell structure, which is specially developed for thin film substrates for labels. It is mainly used for label printing primers, and widely adapts to different printing methods of labels downstream, such as flexible plates, letterpress, Leng Tangjin, bar code printing and other processing needs, so as to enhance the fastness of film and ink (or bar code). Hankins 7105 is especially suitable for OPP and BOPP primer. It has excellent adhesion, leveling, dry / wet washing fastness and chemical resistance.
Product application
? Hankins 7105 can be applied to the coating process of transparent OPP, BOPP single-sided or double-sided label film. Do double-sided coating, be sure to use different coating on different cloth surface to avoid the risk of adhesion.
? Hankins 7105 can be applied to the application of forward roller coating, reverse roller coating, and reverse micro concave roller coating. Before coating, the substrate must be corona treated, which is required to be no less than 38 dyne.
