On the afternoon of April 9, Liu Tao, deputy director of Rural Construction Department of Jiangsu Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development, and Wu Lei, Professor of Southeast University, accompanied by relevant functional departments of Lianyungang City and Haizhou District, went to gangbu informal waste dump to supervise and guide the work. Wang Xinxue, Secretary of the Party committee of the farm company, and Wang Guoliang, chairman and deputy general manager of the labor union, accompanied the investigation.
At the site, Liu Tao and his party inspected the status quo of the waste dump, and made a detailed understanding of the formation process of the dump, the promotion of the remediation work, the bidding situation of the remediation project, and communicated with the leaders of the city, the district and the gangbu on the remediation plan of the dump. At the same time, detailed discussion was made with municipal and District technical experts on issues such as layered analysis and detection of heap and garbage, mapping and written report of water body analysis. Liu Tao and his party pointed out that the dump was formed by dumping domestic waste for a long time, and the dump should be systematically renovated as soon as possible. The regulation scheme of irregular waste dump in gangbu farm is formed on the basis of scientific demonstration, which has strong feasibility. It will communicate and cooperate with the farm company in time, and provide necessary help for various technical issues.
Wang Xinxue said that the renovation of the informal waste dump in gangbu farm is an important project to improve the environment and protect people's livelihood. The farm company will continue to attach great importance to and actively coordinate with all parties. On the basis of ensuring safety, it will reverse the construction period, accelerate the progress of the remediation of the informal waste dump in gangbu farm, complete the work with quality and quantity guaranteed, and promote the harmonious development of gangbu ecology.
