"Zidong area" refers to the area to the east of Zijinshan, the specific scope of which is to the Yangtze River in the north, Nanjing Hangzhou Expressway in the south, ring road in the west, Nanjing city boundary in the East, bordering Zhenjiang Jurong, and Yangzhou Yizheng across the river, with a total area of about 758 square kilometers, a total population of about 830000, and a planned core area of about 22 square kilometers.
Last year, Nanjing municipal Party committee and municipal government proposed to speed up the rise of Zidong area, make up for the weak areas in the East, promote the overall transformation and leap of the city, and plan a high and far-reaching target - the Yangtze River Delta integration pilot area, the Nanjing town Yangtong urbanization core area, the innovation of the ecological best place, and the new benchmark of ecological culture and tourism.
In interpreting the urban design, the computer term "hub" became a high frequency word. Han Dongqing, a professor at the school of architecture of Southeast University, said that the design team took "Ningzhen Yangtong's regional 'hub' for urban development" as the design concept, trying to make the core area of Zidong become the regional "core" in traffic, ecology, industry, landscape, place and wisdom.
With the construction of the national Jiangbei new area, Nanjing Chuzhou cooperation and the construction of the special cooperation zone have stepped into the fast lane. Similarly, the rise of Zidong will undoubtedly press the fast forward button for the integration of Nanjing, Zhenyang and other cities. According to the urban design plan, as the gateway of the integration of Nanjing, Zhenyang and the future, the core area of Zidong will form a three-dimensional, efficient and green "traffic hub", which will radiate the main city level centers and traffic hubs of Ningyang in 50 minutes, cover the main area centers in Zidong in 20 minutes, and serve the main nodes in the core area in 10 minutes.
With the construction of high-speed railway along the South and North rivers, the existing high-speed railway network will undertake more intercity commuting functions, at that time, Xianlin station and Baohua station will be used efficiently; intercity rail transit lines S5 and S6 will be connected to Nanjing South Railway Station and Lukou Airport through the Zidong hub, and the other end is expected to reach the city center of Yang town. According to Ye bin, through the links of national railway, intercity rail and high-speed road, the traffic integration of Nanjing, Zhenyang and Yangzhou will promote their efficient cooperation.
In terms of industrial layout, this urban design proposal proposes that the core area of Zidong should be the center and engine for the coordinated development of multiple industries of "high-end manufacturing, scientific and technological innovation, culture, tourism and leisure", which are respectively led by leading service industry, digital creative industry and culture, tourism and leisure industry, and mixed with three comprehensive industries with characteristics of education, health care, ecological and municipal administration Function section.

Gene transcription is the first step in the transmission of genetic information carried on DNA. Cell fate, individual development and disease development depend on the differential expression of genes. Professor Lin Chengqi's previous research has identified and found that multi subunit, macromolecular protein complex and super transcription extension complex (SEC) can be released from the suspended state through phosphorylated RNA polymerase II and other factors, so as to promote the effective transcription of downstream genes. However, for a long time, people have been puzzled about how the molecules outside the inner membrane system orderly regulate the life process.
The research team of Southeast University has revealed that SEC mediated multivalent phase separation plays a key role in the transcription pause release of RNA polymerase II, and has provided a new understanding of the mechanism of gene rapid and coordinated transcription activation program from a new perspective. In addition, the authors also found that in mixed lineage leukemia (MLL), the transposition and fusion of SEC and MLL genes can greatly promote sec phase separation, thus promoting the rapid transcription of oncogenes and maintaining high expression. This finding will provide a new direction and thinking for the exploration of human disease pathogenesis related to SEC and drug targeted screening program.
