Brief introduction of Southeast University Student Science and Technology Festival
The student science and technology festival of Southeast University is a large-scale science and technology innovation and academic exchange activity jointly sponsored by Southeast University Committee of the Communist Youth League, Graduate School, research department of the Party committee, scientific research institute, social science department, academic affairs department and education foundation, and undertaken by graduate student association, Student Science Association and graduate student association of all departments. It is decided that the 11th student science and technology festival of Southeast University will be held from April to may 2020.

Introduction of lecture guests
Yang Yi, female, professor and doctoral supervisor, director of the Department of critical medicine, CUHK affiliated to Southeast University. At present, he is a member of the Standing Committee and Secretary General of the severe medicine branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and the chairman of the severe medicine branch of Jiangsu Medical Association. In the novel coronavirus pneumonia group, head of the Jiangsu provincial health and Health Committee, the head of the intensive care unit, the first group of the "critical patient warning model" was established and applied online. The early respiratory support process was proposed, and the first global lung transplant was successfully completed in Jiangsu, which became the "zero" for 200 patients. Introduction to the lecture
The outbreak of a novel coronavirus pneumonia in 2019 seriously threatened the life, health and safety of the people. There is no bystander in front of the epidemic, and critical medicine is duty bound! From the moment of its birth, critical medicine is bound to be inseparable from disaster, plague and war. With long-term experience in multi organ holistic treatment, we have been working 24 hours a year to deal with the emergency situation, and have forged a battle Corps that can fight hard at any time. In all the major national emergency rescue, the serious people rushed to the front line with excellent professional quality and psychological quality, rescued patients from the hands of the God of death, and created a miracle of life in each disaster. In this lecture, Professor Yang Yi will take us closer to "responsibility and responsibility of severe medical personnel in the new crown epidemic".

Huang yingzi, female, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor of medicine, supervisor of master's degree, leader of the treatment and expert group of Huangshi medical team of Jiangsu aid, vice president of the affiliated Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University and chief physician of the Department of critical medicine. At present, he is the vice chairman of the Youth Committee of the critical medicine branch of Chinese society of pathophysiology, the Youth Committee of the disaster medicine branch of Chinese Medical Association, the member and academic secretary of the critical medicine branch of Jiangsu Medical Association, and the vice chairman of the critical medicine branch of Nanjing Medical Association. He has won 1 first prize and 1 second prize of Jiangsu medical new technology introduction award.
Dr. Huang yingzi has been engaged in the clinical, teaching and scientific research of critical medicine for a long time, and has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of severe pneumonia, ARDS, AKI and sepsis. In Huangshi, novel coronavirus pneumonia is being treated in severe cases. According to the local epidemic situation, the "operational map" is rapidly formulated: firepower should be concentrated, the most powerful medical force should be concentrated to cure critical patients, and authoritative experts should be sent to guide the treatment of mild patients. Meanwhile, it is emphasized that the city should have unified layout and coordinate the whole body, and do not give up any serious patient, and be rewarded with merit.

On February 7, 2020, at the press conference of the joint defense and control mechanism of the State Council, the national health and Health Commission announced the establishment of counterpart support relationship between 16 provinces to support Wuhan and other cities, and fully supported Hubei Province to strengthen the treatment of patients in the way of "one province, one city".
Novel coronavirus pneumonia vice president and Professor Huang Yingzi, a professor of intensive care medicine, is the head of medical treatment and expert group of Jiangsu medical team supported by Huangshi province. Since February 11th, it has been working in Huangshi to guide the treatment of severe cases of new crown pneumonia, and the team members have been fighting in Huangshi for 47 days and nights, successfully completing the task of anti epidemic. Project introduction: the work independently developed a high-precision multi-dimensional force sensor, and designed a set of biomechanical measurement system with this as the core. The measurement data can provide a reference for the design of the force application components and the planning of the operation tasks of the space station. It can also help to establish the mathematical model of the biological force changes, and provide support for the astronauts' long-term operation in orbit and the establishment of the moon base in the future. 2. Research and development of new biomedical micro needle and its application in disease diagnosis and treatment

Project introduction: in view of the shortcomings of the existing medical micro needle technology, the work developed a new micro needle that can be used for disease diagnosis and treatment. First of all, we creatively put forward that the disease with fluorescent detection microsphere can be diagnosed in micro needle quickly, and the tissue fluid recovery step of traditional micro needle detection technology is abandoned, which avoids sample loss and pollution and greatly improves detection efficiency. After that, a new type of drug delivery micro needle with hairpin structure was designed, which enhanced skin adhesion, solved the problem that traditional drug delivery micro needle was easy to fall off, and realized long-term drug delivery for special diseases.
3. Study on trap state regulation in two-dimensional photoconductive detector

Project introduction: the trap state induced by defects is the key to determine the performance of semiconductor photodetectors. Taking rhenium disulfide (res2) as an example, the trap state of carriers in two-dimensional photoconductive devices is controlled by defect engineering. There are a large number of deep level trap states caused by sulfur vacancy in res2, which affect the response speed of the device. Through the protoporphyrin (h2pp) molecule, the sulfur vacancy in res2 is repaired, the deep level trap is eliminated, and the response speed is increased by 3-4 orders of magnitude. In addition, there is a strong charge transfer between h2pp and res2, which can extract the surplus electrons in res2, thus greatly reducing the dark electricity of the device Flow and noise make the optical detection rate of the modified device reach 1.89x10 ^ 13jones. Finally, the two key indicators of high sensitivity and fast response in the photodetector are realized.
