With the close cooperation and joint efforts of many parties, at 1:30 p.m. on April 12, 2020, the 10th transportation science and technology competition of Southeast University and the 15th National Transportation Science and technology competition of college students officially opened in the online conference room. This competition is sponsored by the Academic Affairs Office of Southeast University and organized by the Transportation Technology Club & Research Department of Jiaotong University. The purpose of this competition is to cultivate our students' spirit of scientific and technological innovation and practical ability, improve scientific literacy, promote the academic activities of college students, better cultivate our students' research interest in traffic science and technology, mobilize the enthusiasm of students' independent research, and provide more practical opportunities for students. At the same time, the excellent works selected from the competition will represent our university to participate in the 15th National University student traffic science and technology competition.

The final defense is divided into two parts: work introduction and judges' questions, which are conducted in three online competitions at the same time. After 10 minutes of work introduction, each team received 5 minutes of questions and comments from the judges. Each team is well prepared for the in-depth questions of the judges on the works, calm and fluent. After the first round of defense, the judges evaluated and scored the contestants' works from the aspects of comprehensive application of professional knowledge, innovation of works, completion and feasibility of works, application prospect, writing of works specification, comprehensive performance ability of the contestants on site, and selected the first-class works in each competition field. However, the top three teams once again defended and competed for the last two first prizes.
