Real estate design is full of routinization and procedural process. We all know that the design plot may be hit, which may be difficult for students who are accustomed to silent drawing.
Category IV: consulting
From preliminary analysis and planning to later sales and management. Real estate consulting can contact with many projects in a short period of time. The project sources are wide and suitable for people with stronger planning ability.
Advantage:
It is internationalized, with high salary, perfect talent training system, strong ability and fast promotion. It exercises comprehensive ability, logical thinking ability and problem-solving ability
Defects:
The disadvantages are high threshold, many business trips, low promotion ceiling, and high work intensity. For students of Architecture College, they also basically give up design.
