Usage method
Dowsil 8024 can directly dilute and adjust the concentration with water, and adjust the content of active ingredients according to customers' own requirements, so as to achieve better demoulding performance;
When it is used for demoulding of plastic products, the demoulding agent can be evenly coated on the surface of the sheet by spraying, brushing, rolling, soaking and other methods;
If it is necessary to apply it to the mold, please clean up the oil, carbon and other chemicals and other bad dirt on the mold which may have adverse effects on the release agent in advance;
Precautions for use
Please keep the mixing tank, delivery pipeline, soaking tank and coating roller clean before use.
The emulsion can only be diluted with cold water.
Do not use the high shear mixer when preparing the back working fluid.
Dilution should be done with low hardness drinking water.
Strong acid, strong alkali, excessive alcohol, salt, etc. will affect the stability of the product when diluted
Packaging and storage
Dowsil 8024 will freeze, so appropriate precautions need to be taken. To prevent freezing, please store at a temperature above 5 ℃. The shelf life is 12 months under the condition of 35 ℃ or below and the storage of unopened original packaging containers
