Product characteristics
Hankins 505 is a modified emulsion of vinyl acetate homopolymer. When polyvinyl alcohol is used as a protective colloid, the film is soft, and has good adhesion, good cold resistance, good freeze-thaw stability and good coating properties. It is suitable for various wood bonding, veneer, paper and corrugated paper processing.
Product application
1. It can be used to modulate products for different purposes.
2. It is suitable for bonding porous materials, and generally not suitable for bonding metal materials.
Operation precautions
1. The bonding environment shall not be lower than 0 β.
2. In cold season, in order to prevent the adhesive from freezing, it is recommended to store it indoors at a temperature not lower than 0 β.
3. After opening and using, it shall be tightly covered and sealed for storage.
4. When the hand or skin contacts the emulsion, wash it with water.
