General rules of Jiangsu Province's comprehensive evaluation enrollment in 2019 of Southeast University I. institutions and principles
Under the leadership of the leading group of undergraduate enrollment of Southeast University, the Enrollment Office of Southeast University is responsible for the organization and implementation of the specific work.
The comprehensive evaluation and admission work of our university will be based on the principle of "fairness, justice and openness", strict procedures, and selective admission, rather than abuse.
2、 Enrollment target
Jiangsu senior high school graduates who are qualified to participate in the unified enrollment examination of National Ordinary Colleges and universities in 2019. They are ambitious, excellent in performance, comprehensive in development, healthy in body and mind, with subject specialty and innovation potential, and can apply for one of the following conditions in high school:
1. Science candidates who have won the provincial first prize (including) and above in the five disciplines Olympic competition for middle school students in China;
2. Students with excellent academic performance and outstanding comprehensive quality rank in the top of the grade.
3、 Enrollment major and plan

4、 Registration procedure
1. Online registration: candidates log in "sunshine college entrance examination special type enrollment platform" for registration. Website: http://bm.chsi.com.cn/; registration time: from April 22, 2019 to 24:00.
2. Upload the application materials and bind them in order.
(1) Application form for comprehensive evaluation of Southeast University in 2019;
(2) Copy of ID card (front and back);
(3) Copies of transcripts of all previous final and college entrance examination models in senior high school;
(4) Copy of award certificate;
(5) Other supporting materials that help to reflect the comprehensive quality and development potential of candidates;
(6) The result of the announcement signed by the principal of the middle school and sealed by the school.

Material deadline: April 25, 2019 (subject to the postmark received).
All application materials submitted by candidates must be reviewed by the middle school and signed by the principal, and publicized in detail on the middle school website and class, and sent to our school through EMS. Papers and patents shall not be uploaded as application materials.
5、 Selection procedure
1. Preliminary examination: organize experts to conduct preliminary examination on the candidates' materials that have completed the application, and determine the qualified list of preliminary examination.
2. List publicity: the qualified list of the preliminary examination will be published on the "undergraduate enrollment network" around May 10, 2019, and reported to Jiangsu Education and Examination Institute for the record. Those who have no objection to the announcement are qualified for the comprehensive evaluation and admission test of our university in 2019.
3. Confirmation test: candidates will confirm the test in the registration system from May 20 to 31, 2019.
4. Test:
(1) Subject ability test: the subjects of science candidates are mathematics and physics; the subjects of Arts candidates are Chinese and mathematics. Test time: June 16, test location: Jiulonghu campus of Southeast University (No.2, Southeast University Road, Jiangning District).
(2) Comprehensive quality test: according to the examinee's academic ability test results, the list of comprehensive quality tests shall be determined according to the proportion of 1:3 of the enrollment plan of Arts and Sciences. For subjects with the same score in subject ability test, the results of Chinese and mathematics are compared in liberal arts, and the results of mathematics and physics are compared in science. The form of interview is used to test students' ability of logical thinking, innovative spirit and language expression. Test time: June 17, test location: Jiulonghu campus of Southeast University (No.2, Southeast University Road, Jiangning District, Nanjing).
5. Volunteer confirmation and selection list publicity: the test results will be announced in the registration system on June 19. Candidates must make final confirmation of the school's Volunteer Application in the registration system before 24:00 on June 19, which means that they will fill in our school's comprehensive evaluation admission college's volunteer application. Once admitted, they will not participate in any other batch of admission. If it is not confirmed, it shall be deemed as giving up the qualification of comprehensive evaluation. Before June 22, our school determined and publicized the list of candidates according to the confirmed volunteer situation, and reported to the provincial education and Examination Institute at the same time.
6、 Admission principles
1. According to the final results of college entrance examination, test subjects and school test results, candidates are selected for admission. The final score is calculated by "college entrance examination score (converted to 100 points) × 60% + selected subjects score (converted to 100 points) × 10% + subject ability test score (converted to 100 points) × 20% + comprehensive quality test score (converted to 100 points) × 10%".
Principle of conversion score for selected subjects: 50 points for a +, 30 points for a, and no points for the rest.
2. According to the professional wishes and final scores filled in by candidates when they sign up, they are admitted according to the principle of "parallel wishes, score first". The college entrance examination results of science candidates are in the top 300 of the province, and they are admitted according to the first major. The college entrance examination results of science candidates are in the top 1000 of the province, and they are admitted according to one of the top six majors, which is not limited by the enrollment plan, and other candidates' admission majors are not affected.
3. Complete the comprehensive evaluation and admission work of our university before the advance batch of undergraduate course, and the admitted candidates will not participate in any other batch of admission. Candidates' college entrance examination scores must reach the first batch of admission control score line of Jiangsu ordinary undergraduate course, and the level of physics or history (Science candidates choose to test physics, Arts candidates choose to test history) subjects must reach level a or above, and the level of another selected test subject must reach level B or above.
7、 Charging standard
According to the provisions of the notice on further clarifying the issues related to the charging policies of colleges and universities in our province (SJF [2007] No. 423, SCZ [2007] No. 92, and SJC [2007] No. 89), each student participating in the test will be charged 60 yuan. If the charge standard of price department is adjusted, Southeast University will make corresponding adjustment.
Eight, others
1. The comprehensive evaluation and admission work of Southeast University is supervised by discipline inspection and supervision department, examinees, parents and all walks of life. Supervision email: ddjwjcc@pub.seu.edu.cn.
2. Candidates should promise that all materials submitted are objective and true. In case of any false content, the application, examination and admission qualification for the comprehensive evaluation of enrollment this year will be cancelled, and the relevant information will be reported to Jiangsu Provincial Education Examination Institute. The examination institute will cancel the application, examination and admission qualification for this year's college entrance examination in accordance with the relevant regulations, and suspend the participation in various national education examinations for 1-3 years depending on the seriousness of the case.
3. Southeast University has not entrusted any intermediary institutions and individuals to carry out enrollment and test counseling. If any intermediary or individual is found to be engaged in illegal consultation, counseling, enrollment and other activities in the name of Southeast University, our University reserves the right to investigate its responsibility according to law.
4. The comprehensive evaluation and admission of Southeast University shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of education. If the enrollment policy of the Ministry of education and Jiangsu province changes in 2019, the new regulations shall be followed.
5. The final interpretation of this enrollment brochure is in the Enrollment Office of Southeast University.
9、 Important agenda
From April 12 to April 22, 2019, comprehensive evaluation and enrollment will be conducted.
On April 25, 2019, the registration materials will be signed off.
On May 10, 2019, the results of the preliminary examination will be published and publicized. Candidates can inquire in the registration system.
From May 20 to 31, 2019, candidates confirm the examination.
