Hankins 7550A is a PSA emulsion with excellent comprehensive properties based on the molecular structure of special polymers. Because of its special structure design, it can achieve an effective balance in the initial adhesion, peeling force and holding adhesion. Hankins 7550A is prepared with water as solvent, good leveling, low foam, clear, transparent, plump and rich texture. Hankins 7550A can be applied to the bonding of BOPP, PE, PP, PVC, glass, ABS plastics, ceramic products, metals, etc., and is suitable for high speed coating, environmental adaptation and acrylate series emulsion adhesive for frozen food. In addition, Hankins 7550A has good compatibility and wide compatibility, and can be modified by different emulsion and additives to meet different application and process requirements.
Product application
Hankins 7550A can be used as base emulsion for making adhesive tape, printing paste and all kinds of labels, such as bottle glue, cryogenic pressure sensitive adhesive, strong adhesive label and re stripped label.
? Hankins 7550A can be applied to electronic protective film adhesive, advertising adhesive, etc. it can be used with crosslinking agent to improve cohesion, heat resistance and water resistance according to special requirements.
? Hankins 7550A can be used as a base material for various microporous building materials (concrete, marble, brick, gypsum board, wood, ceramic tile, mosaic, etc.) or their adhesives with glass, metal, plastic, etc.
Hankins 7550A for plastic veneering adhesive can be used for bonding PVC membrane with plywood, particleboard, self leveling cement, fiberboard and other wood products, paper and printing paper and polyurethane foam plastics.
The adhesive based on Hankins 7550A can be used for composite bonding of woven mesh and kraft paper to make composite packaging bags.
