Working group notification
Southeast University Wuxi Branch is scheduled to officially open on April 19 and welcome the first batch of students back to school. In order to prevent and control the epidemic situation of students during their return to school and ensure the safety and order of the campus, according to the requirements of "wrong peak, wrong time and wrong area", the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Arrangements for students during their return to school
（1） Back to school students
① If students return to school by private car, drive to the north gate of Qingyan Road, and park in the designated drop off area at the school gate, stop and walk, and vehicles are not allowed to enter the school.
② If students return to school by other means of transportation, the school will arrange a special bus to Wuxi station, Wuxi New Area Station, Wuxi East Station and Shuofang airport. Students should take the bus in order in strict accordance with the seat number issued by the receiving teacher. Each receiving bus should take one seat for one person and one seat at the front and back of the bus. Two people are not allowed to take the bus side by side. Pick up the bus and drive to the north gate of Qingyan road. Park in the designated drop off area at the school gate. Stop and walk without entering the campus.
③ When returning students enter the school, implement "one check, two tests, three checks and four passes": first, check the Xikang code; second, check the temperature of returning students; third, check the identity information; fourth, after checking and testing, disinfect the luggage and issue the anti epidemic material package to enter the campus.
④ After returning students enter the campus, they will swipe their cards to enter the dormitory after their identity is confirmed by the counselor in the dormitory area.

（2） Faculty and other personnel
The transportation arrangement for teachers, staff and relevant platform units of the branch shall be implemented from April 18.
① Staff and related platform units of the branch enter and leave the campus from the east gate of Linghu Avenue.
② Staff and staff of related platform units of the branch shall enter the school before 8:00.
③ The staff of the branch school shall carry out "one check, two tests and three passes": first, check the Xikang code; second, check the temperature; third, check and check the correctness before entering the school.
④ If the scientific research platform personnel need to enter the school, they need to apply to the epidemic prevention working group one day in advance, fill in the application form for entering and leaving the campus during the epidemic prevention and control period, and then enter the school after being approved; when entering the school, they also implement "one core, two tests and three passes".
2、 Arrangements for non homecoming days
① After the beginning of the school, the campus is still under strict closed management. In order to ensure the safety of the campus, students are not allowed to leave the teaching area, dormitory area, canteen and other areas allowed by the school. During the "May 1st" period, students are not allowed to leave the school without special circumstances.
② The north gate of Qingyan road was closed until the epidemic was relieved.

3、 Other management requirements
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention, students must wear masks in the whole journey when taking the pick-up bus. Parents are not allowed to take it.
After returning to school, students shall strictly abide by the management regulations of dormitory, laboratory, classroom, canteen, etc., and shall not have meals or gather in the school. Do not visit the dormitory (including buildings, floors, dormitory rooms) and do not return late. Wear masks in the classroom, laboratory, canteen and other public places, and keep a safe distance for conversation.
The library is temporarily closed until the epidemic situation is eliminated. To borrow or return books, you need to make an appointment online in advance, and the library teacher will arrange to pick them up and go with you.
