This Internet of things design competition is organized by the school of information science and engineering of Southeast University, sponsored by Lexin information technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and themed by "Internet of things design based on esp32 development board". Through the competition form, students will be provided with more opportunities to show their style, promote their active learning, and cultivate their communication ability and team cooperation ability.
Competition form
This competition is divided into fun experience group and competition group. The participants are full-time students who are officially registered in all schools (departments). The contestants volunteer to form a team to sign up. 1-3 people in each team, with the team as the unit, the team leader shall sign up and confirm the information of the team members. Each student is limited to one team. Students from different departments can form a mixed team.
The experience group needs to complete the production of a lunar lamp based on the esp-32 development board. You can make more improvements on the completed moon lights: you can buy decorations for beautification, break through the local area network, carry out remote control in the cloud, and realize remote update and upgrading. You can use the internal vibration sensor of the development board to tap and control the LED light switch. Finally, packaging and submitting finished pictures or videos will be regarded as a complete competition, and you can obtain the competition certificate.

The task of the competition group is more open. According to the assumption, the team chooses the direction of interest and carries out open design. The final effect of the design is unlimited.

In addition to PC personal computer and USB data cable, all the hardware required for this competition is provided by Lexin technology. Which specific hardware can be used to enter our official QQ communication group (758810727) for communication. All hardware will be delivered to the team by express delivery. The required software will be arranged in the online teaching.

Competition Awards
The participating teams of the experience group will not participate in the defense and final award evaluation, and can obtain the completion certificate by taking and uploading the video or picture of the final product.
The competition team will choose the title according to the selection, and produce one first prize team, two second prize teams and three third prize teams according to the proportion of the college level events. All the winners can obtain the corresponding certificates and awards. The winning undergraduate students can also obtain the corresponding extra-curricular research credits according to the "Southeast University undergraduate extracurricular research credit recognition method".
