Hankins SF2180 is a water-borne monodisperse polymer nanoparticle dispersion, which can be used as the starting agent for micelles nucleation in the emulsion polymerization system so as to form regular primary particles. Hankins SF2180 specific molecular design enables it to have super free radical capture ability, and during the polymerization process, particles grow continuously until the whole polymerization is completed. Hankins SF2180 can replace or partly replace emulsifiers in the polymerization process to synthesize functional polymer emulsion with high solid content, monodisperse, low viscosity and low surfactant content. ? Hankins sf2180 can also be used in electronic, spray painting, printing, aerospace, catalyst, coating, ink and other industries.
