Many mm are very confused, when skin care is to use toner or essential oil first? First, use essence to reuse essential oil? Or will the essential oil be used after the emulsion? What is the right order? How many skin care products can we apply to our skin every day?
1. Order of use of essential oil and skin care products
Recommend normal skin during the day: cleansing, toner, eye cream, lotion / cream, sunscreen isolation. Although the molecules of essential oil are very small and easy to be absorbed by the skin, they also need to be massaged with basic oil. I believe most of the time in the morning of MM is in a hurry, and there is very little time for simple massage. May as well put the essential oil massage in the evening, the best time for the skin to absorb nutrition and cell renewal, after cleansing, do a simple and comfortable massage, and then directly rest and sleep, bringing the next day's good mood. If you want to use essential oil during the day, first of all, make sure that your compound oil (or aromatic massage oil) does not have any citrus essential oil, such as: sweet orange, bergamot, grapefruit, etc., to avoid photosensitive reaction! The order is: cleansing, toner, essential oil, lotion / cream.
2. Daily skin care products
Don't expect one or several bottles of skin care products to completely improve your skin quality. It's unrealistic! The skin itself has a certain self-healing ability, do not let skin care products replace it. Especially for young skin, cleansing, skin refreshing and lotion / cream are enough. More skin care products and skin care products will only increase the burden of the skin, and the skin will not absorb. Eventually, the pores will become blocked, rough, aged, and even become sensitive. Some dry and aging skin can be properly added to the essence and other skin care products.
3. Do young skin need essential oil?
Many young MM worry that the essential oils will not be too nutritious. The answer is No. the essential oils are pure natural plant essence, which will not cause burdens on the skin. Young MM can be used safely. There is no age limit for the use of essential oil, but children should reduce the dosage.
Finally, I would like to remind you that if you don't have a good understanding of the ingredients of the care products, don't mix and match them. Try to use the same series of products of the same brand as much as possible, and don't change the care products frequently. The care products and the care products should be appropriate. Always remember that the skin is the reflection of the body, and good living habits, eating habits and good mood will lead to good skin.
