Southeast University Technology Transfer Center is a national technology transfer demonstration organization and Jiangsu University Technology Transfer Center Demonstration organization. It is fully responsible for the cooperation between Southeast University and local governments, enterprises and scientific research institutions in production, learning and research, and the promotion and application of intellectual property rights. In 2019, the technology transfer center completed the corporate restructuring, and established Southeast University Technology Transfer Center Co., Ltd., which is wholly owned by the University and operated by the market, as the operational entity of the transformation of the University's scientific and technological achievements. At present, the company has recruited 20 full-time staff including professional managers for the society, initially established a relatively complete company management system, cooperated with and assisted the scientific research department of the school to complete the technology transfer, achievement transformation business and intellectual property operation suitable for the operation of market-oriented mode, and provided scientific and technological intermediary services for the scientific research personnel of the school and social enterprises and institutions. In 2019, the technology transfer center of Southeast University organized 47 technology trading activities, organized 180 person times of technology transfer training, served 1360 enterprises, solved 1710 enterprise needs, and facilitated 2333 technology transfer projects, including a total transaction amount of more than 70 million yuan for major technology transfer projects.
