Kim Yu Chen single component color polyurethane (water-based) waterproof coating is a single component waterborne environmental friendly waterproof coating made of high elastic polyurethane emulsion, adding various high-performance additives and inorganic fillers. It has the characteristics of high tensile strength, good elasticity, weatherability and aging resistance. This product is an ideal alternative material for solvent based waterproof coatings such as oil-based polyurethane and SBS modified asphalt. Scope of use
It can be used for waterproof and dampproof of roof, kitchen, basement, wall, etc;
It can also be used with other waterproof materials to give full play to its weather resistance and decoration and beautification effects, such as the cover.
Construction method
1. Mix evenly before use.
2. The base course shall be cleaned, and the base course shall be flat, solid, without leakage or ponding. The leakage shall be blocked first, and the internal and external corners shall be made into arc corners;
3. Roll coating, scraping or brush coating shall be adopted for coating, and the coating shall be uniform. It is recommended to thin coating and brush more than 0.5kg/m2 each time;
4. The subsequent coating shall be carried out after the previous coating is dry and solid (generally 1-4 hours), and the damage to the coating shall be prevented;
5. It can be reinforced with non-woven or glass fiber cloth. It is necessary to ensure that the coating is saturated with reinforcement materials to reduce bubbles and holes.
matters needing attention
1. Storage and construction shall be above 5 ℃;
2. Before curing, the paint should be protected from rain;
3. The shelf life is 12 months;
4. Stacking no more than 5 layers;
5. The water storage test needs to be carried out after the coating is completely dry and solid, which generally takes 24 hours.
