1、 With the approval of the pilot colleges and enrollment brochures, a total of 21 colleges and universities have carried out the pilot of comprehensive evaluation and enrollment reform in our province.
There are 9 class a Universities: Nanjing University, Southeast University, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Shanghai University of science and technology, South University of science and technology, Shanghai New York University, Kunshan Duke University, and Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen).
12 B-type Universities: Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing University of information engineering, Nanjing University of technology, Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications, Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing University of traditional Chinese medicine, Nanjing Forestry University, Jiangsu Normal University, Nantong University, Yangzhou University, Jiangsu University, Xijiao Liverpool University.
Pilot colleges and universities shall formulate a comprehensive evaluation and admission compendium scientifically and carefully, which shall include information such as leading organizations, enrollment majors and plans, application conditions and methods, assessment procedures and methods, comprehensive score conversion methods and admission rules, consultation and appeal channels, supervision mechanisms, etc. Colleges and universities should scientifically and reasonably determine the application conditions, select students with excellent comprehensive quality and outstanding innovation potential, and should not simply use papers, patents, competitions (activities) held by intermediary agencies as the application conditions and the basis for passing the preliminary examination. For the certificate to be recognized, the subject competition with high authority and credibility shall be the main one. Colleges and universities should, according to the characteristics of disciplines, scientifically determine the major of enrollment from the perspective of selecting students with the specialty and innovation potential of related disciplines, and in principle, focus on basic disciplines and specialty disciplines.
Pilot colleges and universities shall report the enrollment brochures to the competent units for examination and record, and then publish them to the public before May 10. According to the requirements of the general college entrance examination mode in our province, the pilot universities should also put forward clear requirements for the academic level test elective subject grades of the candidates admitted by the comprehensive evaluation in the general introduction and enrollment plan. The comprehensive evaluation enrollment plan of provincial pilot universities (except Kunshan Duke University) shall not exceed 5% of the total number of the first batch of undergraduate enrollment plans of the University.
2、 Before May 25th, all schools will complete the registration work (please refer to the college enrollment brochure for the specific time). Candidates who meet the requirements of the provincial college entrance examination and the comprehensive evaluation reform pilot can voluntarily register according to the time and method determined by the pilot University. The website of the "sunshine college entrance examination" platform of the Ministry of education is http://bm.chsi.com.cn. After registering the account, the examinee can log in to the registration system to complete the registration. The main target of comprehensive evaluation enrollment is the excellent students with subject specialty and innovation potential. Colleges and universities shall not allocate places to middle schools. If middle schools recommend candidates to pilot colleges and universities, they shall formulate and publicly recommend work plans in advance, respect candidates' independent choice and recommend the best. The applicant and the middle school should be responsible for the authenticity of the materials.
Before June 10, the pilot universities shall organize special forces to review the materials submitted by the candidates according to the application conditions of the University, inform the candidates of the review results in time, and publicize the list of candidates approved on the website of the University. Candidates shall obtain the certificate of award in the application materials before the registration time specified by the University, and shall not make up the application afterwards.
3、 Colleges and universities shall, in accordance with the relevant rules stipulated in the enrollment brochures, determine the list of candidates to participate in the assessment of the University, and submit the list of candidates to be allowed to participate in the assessment to the provincial education examination institute in time before organizing the assessment, and publicize it on the website of the University at the same time.
After the college entrance examination, the pilot colleges and universities should determine the corresponding assessment content and form according to the examinees with different subject specialties in combination with the relevant disciplines, professional characteristics and training requirements of the University. We should give full play to the role of subject experts and actively explore scientific, effective, simple and standardized assessment methods. Qualified pilot colleges and universities can take off-site assessment methods such as online video interview for assessment. If on-site assessment is organized, the scheme shall be submitted to the epidemic prevention and control leading group of provincial education administrative department in the territory and the place where the proposed examination site is located for approval. The assessment process should follow the principle of "five random", that is, "the examiner is randomly determined, the examination room is randomly assigned, the examination questions are randomly selected, the students are randomly divided, and the examiner is randomly rotated", and the whole process of recording and recording should be carried out. Colleges and universities with conditions should actively explore the addition of physical education subject test in the college entrance examination. The test items should be independently determined by colleges and universities according to the actual teaching in middle schools, and the test results should be taken as an important reference for admission.
After the collective study of the school's enrollment leading group, the pilot universities shall select the best candidates and determine the list of candidates according to the scope not exceeding three times of the number of comprehensive evaluation enrollment plan, and notify the middle school where the candidates belong. At the same time, the list of candidates will be reported to the Provincial Education Examination Institute for publicity. The information of candidates should include name, gender, middle school (or unit), qualification conditions, test items, test results, qualification standards, universities and majors to be recorded, etc. Candidates' middle schools and pilot universities shall respectively publicize on their websites for no less than 10 working days, and the publicized information shall be kept until the end of the year.
4、 The selected candidates will fill in the form of A-type colleges and universities. According to the test results, they will confirm with the selected candidates whether to fill in the form of colleges and universities accepted by the comprehensive evaluation of the University, and report the determined list to the Provincial Education Examination Institute for publicity. The specific time and method of filling in shall be determined by the University.
The selected candidates of class B colleges and universities shall log in to the college entrance examination system (www.jseea.cn or gkzy. Jseea. CN) with the dynamic password card at the specified time of filling in the college entrance examination wish, and fill in the comprehensive evaluation admission college wish in the special column of "special plan and comprehensive evaluation admission of colleges and universities". Their professional wish shall be selected from the advertised majors to be admitted, otherwise, they shall be deemed as none Volunteer.
If the candidates obtain multiple enrollment forms of multiple universities at the same time, they can only choose one university to fill in the form; if the candidates fail to fill in the above two types of comprehensive evaluation admission wishes within the specified time, they will be deemed to automatically give up the corresponding comprehensive evaluation admission qualifications.
5、 Filing and admission candidates who have no objection to the announcement of provincial education and examination institute and fill in the comprehensive evaluation and admission wish of colleges and universities will be enrolled by filing according to the following provisions:
1. Candidates' academic level test elective subjects must meet the level requirements of Pilot Universities in the prospectus or enrollment plan. If the university does not specify, the level of the elective subjects of the academic level test of the candidates shall meet the level requirements of the general candidates of the subjects to which the proofreader belongs.
2. Colleges and universities should further improve the proportion of examinees' college entrance examination scores in the comprehensive scores. In principle, the total score of examinees' college entrance examination culture should not be lower than the lowest control score line of the first batch of provincial admission of undergraduate subjects. Among them:
Candidates who are determined to be admitted by class a colleges and universities shall complete the registration before approval in advance (majors shall be determined by the colleges and universities), and will not participate in any other batch of admission.
For those candidates who are determined to be selected by class B colleges and universities, the provincial education and examination institute will select the best candidates according to the published admission rules before the first batch of batch filing of undergraduate courses.
For a small number of candidates with outstanding talents and performance in related disciplines, relevant colleges and universities can formulate the conditions for the examination and the methods and standards for the admission of those candidates, and publicize them to the society in advance. Colleges and universities shall organize experts in relevant disciplines to conduct strict assessment on candidates. If the candidates meet the admission standards, they shall be admitted in an exceptional way after being examined and approved by the leading group of college enrollment work and submitted to the provincial college enrollment Committee for approval. In principle, the score of college entrance examination for exceptional admission candidates shall not be lower than the lowest control score line of the first batch of provincial admission for undergraduate courses.
When the Pilot Universities submit the data of candidates to be enrolled in the comprehensive evaluation to the provincial education examination institute, they must mark the corresponding candidates with the "comprehensive evaluation" admission type and use the "other types" plan for admission.
3. For the candidates who do not meet the criteria of comprehensive evaluation and admission, the pilot universities shall withdraw from the file within the specified time. The provincial education and examination institute will file the candidates who meet the requirements of the file according to their parallel wishes when the batch of undergraduate is put into the file, and the relevant universities shall select the best candidates for admission.
4. The list and relevant information of candidates admitted by the comprehensive evaluation method will be publicized in the admission University and provincial education examination institute respectively. The publicized candidate information shall include name, gender, middle school (or unit), admission University and major, etc.
