In April 27th, the Shaanxi provincial market supervision and Administration Bureau issued a notice on the implementation of quality supervision and spot check for 35 kinds of products, such as synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coatings. The announcement shows that in the first half of 2020, the Shaanxi provincial market supervision and Administration Bureau will conduct quality checks on 35 kinds of products, including synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coatings, waterproofing membrane and induction cooker.
The following are the implementation rules of quality supervision and spot check of waterproof roll products in Shaanxi Province:

1 sampling method
1.1 any variety meeting the requirements can be selected. Each time, each enterprise only selects one model of products of the same type. The samples shall be of the same specification, model and batch.
Randomly select products with product quality inspection certificate or other forms of qualified products from the enterprise's finished product warehouse or products to be sold in the market. The selected products shall be within the product storage period and meet the requirements of inspection and objection handling time.
Random number can be produced by random number table, dice or playing cards.
