In accordance with the "measures for admission of postgraduate candidates in 2020 of Southeast University" and the specific situation of MBA / EMBA enrollment, the detailed rules are hereby formulated.
1 qualification examination
Before May 5, candidates must upload the electronic version of qualification examination materials (scanning PDF) through the school enrollment system as required. Before the retest, the college will strictly examine and verify the examinee's resident ID card, academic degree certificate, academic status, etc., and will not retest those who do not meet the requirements, and the relevant consequences will be borne by the examinee himself. If there is any problem in the examination of candidates' academic qualifications (student status), the examination of academic qualifications (student status) shall be completed before the retest, and relevant supporting materials shall be provided during the qualification examination. Each candidate shall sign the "candidate's letter of commitment for integrity retest" to ensure the authenticity of the submitted materials and the integrity of the retest process.
2 preparation of materials
1. Ppt showing learning background, work experience and work performance shall be concise and clear as far as possible, and certificates shall be shown in pictures. Study background includes graduation school, major, graduation year, foreign language ability, etc.; work experience includes work unit, professional resume, post, etc.; work performance includes business performance, iconic achievements, awards, honors, inventions, etc.
2. The original of the above certificate materials (to be presented if necessary).
3 retest method, content and steps
Under the premise of ensuring fairness and operability, in principle, the remote retest mode is adopted.
The content of the retest includes the ideological and political theory test and online interview.
(1) Examination of Ideological and political theory. Written test method, candidates complete independently, those who fail to take the test or fail to submit the answers on time will be counted as 0 point. The type of test questions is two argumentation questions, and the scope of thinking questions is not provided.
(2) Online interview. It mainly involves two aspects: ① English listening and speaking ability. The main examination examinee English listening, speaking and communication ability; ② comprehensive ability. It mainly tests the candidates' language expression and communication ability, analysis and judgment of management problems, logical thinking ability, work performance and development potential and other comprehensive qualities.
Second step (1) ideological and political theory test (May 10). Test was born on May 10 (Sunday) at 13:00 on the website of MBA center of Southeast University (https://mba.seu.edu.cn/6628/list.htm), download the ideological and political theory test paper, print out the test paper (A4), answer it by hand with a black signed pen, and send the scanned copy of the answer paper to "name + MBA test paper" before 17:00 on that day? MBA ﹣ SEU ﹣ edu@163.com email, will automatically reply when received.
(2) Online interview (May 23, to be notified). Generally, it includes the following procedures: ① display ppt of learning and professional background for no more than 3 minutes in general; ② English listening and speaking communication for no more than 3 minutes in general; ③ select questions from the management test bank to answer, and allow no more than 1 minute to think (look at the front); ④ interview experts ask questions at random; ⑤ interview experts score on site, and sign for confirmation.
4 score calculation
The second round score is the ideological and political theory test, with a full score of 100.
The full score of online interview is 150, including English listening and speaking ability (30 points) and comprehensive ability (120 points).
Retest score = ideological and political theory test (converted according to the full score of 150 points) * 5% + interview score (full score of 150 points) * 95%
Pass line of retest score: 90 points. Those who fail to pass the pass line will not be admitted.
Comprehensive score comprehensive score = preliminary score (converted by full score of 150 points) × 70% + retest score (full score of 150 points) × 30%
5 principles of proposed admission
1. The results of the retest will be published on the website of MBA center or college within one week after the completion of the retest.
2. Candidates who pass the retest shall determine the list of candidates to be admitted according to the enrollment plan and the detailed rules for admission of this retest based on the ranking of comprehensive scores.
3. The proposed enrollment list shall be discussed by the graduate enrollment working group of the college, approved by the graduate enrollment leading group of the college, and publicized by the graduate school.
6 supplementary notes
There is no part involved in this detailed rules, except for the explicit provisions in "the measures for admission of postgraduate candidates in 2020 of Southeast University", which shall be interpreted by the graduate enrollment working group of the college.
