1. Amino modified silicone oil


Amino-modified silicone oil is a polydimethylsiloxane containing amino groups in the side chain or end group, also known as amino silicone oil. 3. Polyether modified silicone oil


Polydimethylsiloxane containing polyether group (polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether group) in side chain or end group is called polyether modified silicone oil, It can improve the hygroscopic properties of fabric finishing. Because the polyether group is hydrophilic, the hydrophilicity of polyether silicone oil increases, and the molecule has both hydrophobic groups and hydrophilic groups, so that this kind of silicone oil shows good water solubility, and it is not easy to use during use. There will be problems such as demulsification and oil leakage. Secondly, the introduction of polyether group also increases the hygroscopicity, antistatic property and easy decontamination of the finished fiber or fabric, so polyether silicone oil is used more in clothing softeners, cosmetics and shampoo products. Another main use of polyether silicone oil is as a surfactant for polyurethane foam stabilizer, also known as foam stabilizer, to adjust the bubble drop of polyurethane foam. Polyether silicone oil is a kind of active silicone softener with the largest dosage and the best effect before the development of amino silicone oil softener.






4. Fusoyl modified silicone oil


The polydimethylsiloxane containing shuttle group in the side chain or end group is called shuttle group modified silicone oil. Such modified silicone oils can be used in fiber treatments, automotive polishes, paint additives, and the like. The combination of shuttle-based modified silicone oil and amino silicone oil can increase durability when used for fiber treatment, and it is not easy to fall off when washing.






5. Alcohol hydroxyl modified silicone oil


The polydimethylsiloxane that is end-capped by alcohol groups or contains alcohol groups in the main chain is called alcohol hydroxyl group-modified silicone oil. Due to the reactivity of the light groups at the ends of the molecular main chain or between the molecular chains, they can be cross-linked when heated. This kind of silicone oil can be used as a structure control agent in the processing of silicone rubber, and can also be used for anti-bright treatment such as paper. Replacing a part of ethylene glycol with alcohol-based modified silicone oil for copolymerization can improve the resilience, flexibility, tear strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and other properties of polyester fibers and films, and can also improve polyurethane formability.






6. Phenol light modified silicone oil


Polydimethylsiloxane terminated by phenolic hydroxyl group or containing phenolic hydroxyl group in the main chain belongs to phenolic group-modified silicone oil. The phenolic group in the molecule of this modified silicone oil has high reactivity and heat resistance, so the emulsion has good stability and wide usability. If amino-modified silicone oil is mixed with phenol-based modified silicone oil, it can be compounded into an oil for synthetic fibers with very good heat resistance and mold release.






7. Sulfuryl modified silicone oil


Polydimethylsiloxane containing sulfhydryl groups in side chains or end groups is called sulfhydryl-modified silicone oil, and the sulfhydryl groups in its molecules can interact with silicones containing unsaturated bonds under the action of ultraviolet rays and photopolymerization initiators. The compound undergoes a free radical addition reaction. This kind of silicone oil is the main component of ultraviolet and electron beam curing silicone resin rubber, which is widely used in anti-sticking and barrier coatings, and can also be used as a mold release agent.






8. Other modified silicone oils
