Hits: 359 img

In the process of the continuous development of industries such as rubber, silicone rubber, adhesives, defoamers, and plastics towards high-performance and functionalization, the silica products with both reinforcing and dispersing properties are becoming a key factor in enhancing material performance and reducing production costs. The products launched by our company, the FINE series of precipitated silica, as precipitated silica (commonly known as white carbon black) processed through special processing techniques, demonstrate significant industrial application value in fields such as tire rubber, silicone rubber, glass adhesives, defoamers, and plastic masterbatches, providing cost-effective solutions that can replace expensive gas-phase white carbon black and effectively reduce production costs for customers in various industries.

1. Product Series Specifications and Core Physical and Chemical Characteristics

This series includes eight models, each with its own focus. FINE SIL325 has a dry basis silica content of no less than 90%, a specific surface area of 160 to 180 square meters per gram, and a median particle size of 35 micrometers. FINE SIL360 has a specific surface area of 180 to 200 square meters per gram and a median particle size of 8 micrometers. FINE SIL365 has a specific surface area of 180 to 200 square meters per gram and a median particle size of 8 micrometers. FINE SIL518 has a specific surface area of 200 to 220 square meters per gram and a median particle size of 5 micrometers. FINE SIL523 has a specific surface area of 200 to 220 square meters per gram and a median particle size of 5 micrometers. FINE SIL515 has a specific surface area of 200 to 220 square meters per gram and a median particle size of 3 micrometers. FINE SIL517 has a specific surface area of 200 to 220 square meters per gram and a median particle size of 3 micrometers. FINE SIL519 has a specific surface area of 200 to 220 square meters per gram and a median particle size of 3 micrometers. The moisture content of all models is 4 to 8 percent, the sulfate content is between 0.5 and 1.5 percent, the pH value is between 6.5 and 7.5, and the iron content ranges from 200 to 1000 milligrams per kilogram. The packaging specifications range from 5 kilograms to 20 kilograms per package.

2. Core Performance Advantages and Application Positioning of Each Model

FINE SIL325 is suitable for reinforcing in products such as tires and rubber shoes, improving the product's resilience and anti-cracking performance, and achieving high wear resistance, high strength, and transparency.

FINE SIL365, FINE SIL518, and FINE SIL360 have better reinforcing properties in the rubber industry compared to ordinary precipitated white carbon black. In the silicone rubber industry, they not only provide good tensile strength and wear resistance but also make the products transparent, with good color, appearance, and no whitening or deformation during stretching.

FINE SIL523 is used in silicone rubber, offering better transparency compared to 365 and 518, with a more beautiful appearance, color, and better insulation performance, suitable for manufacturing high-performance and high-demand silicone rubber.

FINE SIL325 and FINE SIL365 have undergone low-impurity treatment, have a higher specific surface area, increase their fluidity, and can be used for coloring in ceramic glazes, with good fixation effects and no color change under long-term high-temperature conditions.

FINE SIL515 is mainly used in the adhesive industry as a transparent reinforcing agent, has good dispersibility, good physical properties, and high transparency, and can largely replace gas-phase white carbon black in the glass adhesive industry.

FINE SIL517 utilizes the hydrophobicity of silica particles to enhance the defoaming effect of the defoamer.

FINE SIL519, after surface treatment, has good compatibility with plastics, and is applied in plastic antistatic masterbatches, open-circuit antistatic masterbatches, and other special masterbatches.

3. Quality Assurance and Industry Chain Value

This series of products has established a strict quality control system during the production process. Key indicators such as silica content, moisture, sulfate content, pH value, iron content, specific surface area and median particle size are all subject to full-process testing to ensure consistency and reliability between batches. As a cost-effective solution that can replace expensive gas-phase silica aerogel, this series of products provides customers in various industries with the ability to ensure performance while effectively reducing production costs. As the rubber, silicone rubber, adhesives, defoamers and plastic industries continue to develop towards higher performance, this series of products, with its multi-model gradient design, precise performance parameter control and wide process adaptability, is becoming an important solution for customers in various fields in the selection of functional fillers and reinforcing materials, providing strong raw material support for promoting the improvement of product quality and cost optimization in related industries.
