The solvent-free silicone resin 6GTY of our product is a colorless or light yellow homogeneous liquid without mechanical impurities. Its viscosity (25℃, 20-40mmHg cup) is not less than 15 seconds, and the solid content is up to 98±1%. The drying time (200℃) does not exceed 2 hours. Under the condition of 350℃×5 hours, the weight loss does not exceed 5%. The breakdown voltage under normal conditions (20±5℃) is not less than 65 kilovolts per millimeter, at 200℃ it is not less than 30 kilovolts per millimeter, and after moisture absorption it is not less than 40 kilovolts per millimeter. The volume resistivity under normal conditions is not less than 10¹² ohm-centimeters, at high temperatures it is not less than 10¹¹ ohm-centimeters, and after moisture absorption it is not less than 10¹² ohm-centimeters. The bending strength is not less than 20 kilogram-force per square millimeter, the water absorption rate (250℃×12 hours) does not exceed 1%, the smoke test QI-12 does not exceed level 3, and after boiling for 1 hour (150×150 mm) there is no layering. This resin is compatible with solvents such as butyl, alcohol, ether, and ester, providing flexible options for formula adjustments.

Outstanding resistance to weathering and chemical resistance. The product has excellent flexibility, weathering resistance, and ozone resistance. It has excellent chemical stability. The water repellent and moisture-proof performance is outstanding, with a water absorption rate of not more than 1% (250℃×12 hours), and it still maintains reliable dielectric properties in a humid environment after boiling for 1 hour (150×150 mm).


Solvent-free environmental protection and safe construction operations. The solid content is up to 98±1%, nearly solvent-free, with no VOC emissions during the construction process, improving the working environment and reducing fire hazards.
