The IOTA-1XXXA/B series is a two-component room-temperature curing liquid silicone rubber with an A:B ratio of 10:1. It cures rapidly at 180°C in approximately 18 seconds and is specifically designed for clothing trademarks and labels. The core differences among the three models lie in viscosity and hardness: 1054 (high viscosity/45HA) is suitable for thick labels or high three-dimensionality; 1035 (highest viscosity/40HA) is the softest and has the highest elongation rate; 1123 (low viscosity/52HA) has the best fluidity and the highest hardness.

The three models have a density close to 1.075–1.08 g/cm³, with a linear shrinkage rate of 2.1±0.2%. The tear strength is all ≥18 KN/m.
Selection logic
For a soft feel and high elongation rate → choose 1035 (40HA, elongation rate ≥320%)
For a balance between hardness and strength → choose 1054 (45HA, balanced performance)
For high fluidity for filling fine lines and high hardness for a crisp feel → choose 1123 (52HA, A component viscosity only 50000 mPa·s)
Key process points
Strictly follow the 10:1 ratio; deviation in the ratio will affect the final performance.
After mixing, the safe storage period at 25°C is only 1.5 hours. The higher the temperature, the shorter the period. The single batch of glue should be controlled in the amount.
180°C/18s is the reference molding condition. It needs to be adjusted according to the thickness/dimension of the product.
The A/B tools must be separated or wiped clean to avoid cross-contamination leading to local agglomeration.
Avoid contact with compounds containing N, S, P, and Sn; otherwise, it will not cure or cure incompletely.

Request the complete TDS/SDS to confirm the yellowing grade, water-wash/dry-clean performance, and adhesion data to fabrics/leather;
Verify the compatibility of color pastes and uniform coloring (this series is labeled "easy to color");
Confirm the stability of viscosity, hardness, and shrinkage rate between batches;
Assess environmental compliance (fashion accessories usually require OEKO-TEX, REACH, etc. requirements).
