Can be used for special organic synthesis. Early silylation during the synthesis of amikacin, penicillin, cephalosporin, and various penicillin derivatives.
It can also be used for surface treatment of diatomite, silica, etc. to condense with silicon nitrogen and silicon hydrocarbon groups.
