Highly dispersed white carbon black for tires is currently monopolized by Rhodia, Evonik, PPG and other international giants with a market share of over 90%. Among them, France's Rhodia has expanded its production capacity by 40% in the past three years. As of 2012, the production capacity reached 364,000 tons, and all of its silica was used for tires. German Evonik Industries Group will expand its capacity by 30% by 2015, and its production capacity will reach 580,000 tons, and most of its silica will be used for tires. The United States PPG has approximately 200,000 tons of white carbon black capacity, some of which are used for tires.

Although there are about 100 enterprises in China with white carbon black production capacity, most of the white carbon black enterprises are enterprises that can only produce low-end ordinary white carbon black, and it is difficult to enter tire suppliers. In addition to these three international white carbon black giants, China's Wuxi Quecheng Silicification is currently the earliest domestic manufacturer of white carbon black for tires (high dispersion) certified by a tire company, with a current production capacity of 220,000 tons, of which high dispersion white carbon Black capacity is 120,000 tons. Zhuzhou Xinglong New Material, the largest white carbon black production company in central and southern China, has invested 200 million yuan to build a highly dispersed white carbon black production line that has been successfully put into operation. At that time, it will break the monopoly of foreign companies on highly dispersed white carbon black for green tires.
 
In addition, the China Rubber Industry Association officially released the "Green Tire Environmentally Friendly Raw Material Guide" on April 9, 2015. As a reinforcing raw material, highly dispersed white carbon black has become the only recommended category of white carbon black products listed in the Guide.
