Instructions for using high-temperature resistant silicone oil:

1. Choose the appropriate model: Based on specific usage scenarios and requirements, select high-temperature resistant silicone oil with corresponding performance indicators (such as viscosity, flash point, pour point, etc.). For example, in mechanical components that require high lubrication, choose high-temperature resistant silicone oil with moderate viscosity; In situations where high sealing requirements are needed, choose products with higher viscosity.

2. Clean the working surface: Before using high-temperature resistant silicone oil, ensure that the surface of the application area is clean, dry, free of impurities and oil stains. Suitable solvents can be used for cleaning, and then thoroughly dried to ensure that the silicone oil can adhere and function well.

3. Apply or add:

Direct application: For some small mechanical parts, molds, etc., tools such as brushes, spray guns, or droppers can be used to evenly apply high-temperature resistant silicone oil to surfaces that require lubrication, sealing, or demolding. When applying, pay attention to controlling the dosage to avoid too much or too little.

• Adding to equipment: If used for lubrication, heat conduction, and other purposes of large equipment, high-temperature resistant silicone oil needs to be added to specific parts of the equipment, such as bearing boxes, reducers, heat exchangers, etc. During the refueling process, it is necessary to follow the equipment's operating manual or relevant specifications to ensure the correct amount and method of refueling.

4. Uniform distribution: After applying or adding high-temperature resistant silicone oil, appropriate operations (such as manual stirring, mechanical vibration, equipment operation, etc.) can be used to evenly distribute the silicone oil in the application area, in order to achieve the best use effect.

5. Curing (if necessary): For some high-temperature resistant silicone oil products that need to be cured, after application or filling, they need to be placed under certain temperature and time conditions for curing to form a stable structure and performance. For example, in the preparation of release films, high-temperature curing is required after coating with silicone oil.
