Characteristics of various silicone oils:
Diethyl silicone oil: slightly inferior in high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, but better in low temperature resistance and lubricity than dimethyl silicone oil.
Benzyl silicone oil: It has excellent radiation resistance, heat resistance, flame resistance, UV resistance, and chemical resistance.
Methyl hydrogen containing silicone oil: can release hydrogen gas under the action of alcohol and alkali, and can undergo addition reaction with alkenes under the action of platinum catalyst.
Methyl vinyl silicone oil: It has excellent high temperature resistance, good lubrication effect, excellent electrical insulation and chemical stability, as well as crosslinkable properties.
Hydroxysilicone oil: It has excellent wet slip, temperature resistance, adhesion, and low surface tension.
