Production method and raw materials of polyether silicone oil
Main raw materials: including ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, silane, etc. These raw materials need to be accurately weighed and undergo quality testing.
Production equipment: reaction kettle, agitator, thermometer, condenser, vacuum pump, etc.
Production process:
Pre treatment: Add cyclic siloxane, polyether, and catalyst in a certain proportion to the reaction vessel and stir evenly.
Aggregation reaction: At a certain temperature, a polymerization reaction is initiated to produce polyether modified silicone oil. This process requires controlling the reaction temperature and reaction time to ensure the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the product.
Post processing: After the reaction is complete, add a capping agent and stop the reaction. Then vacuum degassing is performed to remove unreacted monomers and low molecular weight by-products.
Product packaging: Filter, test, and package the produced polyether modified silicone oil to obtain the finished product.
